Fiber and Bananas :)


Fiber.

It used to be called "roughage", and people tried to get rid of it.  Now we all know we need fibre in our diet, but why?

Fiber is the part of foods that the body cannot digest or absorb. Found in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and legumes, fiber has many health benefits, such as decreasing the risk of heart disease and aiding in digestive health. Therefore, it is important to consume fiber-rich foods every day to improve the length and quality of life.

Are you wondering what is our daily fiber requirement and how much of it can you get from a banana? Eating a banana provides us the required fiber content. 

Banana is known for its sweet flavor as well as high nutritional values. It is also referred to as 'the fruit of the wise'.

Now, I have started practicing my daily diet with eating bananas because I am suffering in pain. Mencegah lebih baik daripada merawat. Do eat a lot of fiber okay. :)
